Icelantic  is a privately owned, Colorado-based manufacturer and marketer of a unique, high performance line of skis sold primarily to North American and European markets. The company also partners with AEG Worldwide, one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world, to produce and present “Winter on the Rocks,” an annual winter concert held in conjunction with the National Snowsports Industry Show.

Outside director. Played pivotal support role to the founder and CEO of a rapidly growing and profitable health care products company in his clean exit from an incompatible distribution business.

Miller Diversified, Inc.

Miller Diversified, Inc. is an integrated provider of superior commercial, industrial and residential development, construction and brokerage services to customers spanning Northern Ohio and Southern Michigan.

Outside Director. Played lead board role in the transition of the CEO position from one brother to another.  Facilitated buyout by new CEO and a brother of their 8 siblings.

Maumee Valley Country Day School

Maumee Valley Country Day School is the preeminent K-12 independent private school in the NW Ohio/SE Michigan area. Trustee. Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee during a $9M major capital expansion. Jumped in to serve as Project Liaison between the Construction Manager, Architect, and Board when major cost over-runs materialized.
