Outside Director. Played lead board role in the transition of the CEO position from one brother to another.  Facilitated buyout by new CEO and a brother of their 8 siblings.

Icelantic

Icelantic  is a privately owned, Colorado-based manufacturer and marketer of a unique, high performance line of skis sold primarily to North American and European markets. The company also partners with AEG Worldwide, one of the leading sports and entertainment presenters in the world, to produce and present “Winter on the Rocks,” an annual winter concert held in conjunction with the National Snowsports Industry Show.

Outside director. Played pivotal support role to the founder and CEO of a rapidly growing and profitable health care products company in his clean exit from an incompatible distribution business.

N-Viro International Corporation

N-Viro International Corporation is a publicly traded technology, service, and processing firm specializing in conversion of bioorganic solids to energy and agricultural products. N-Viro has integrated advanced technology and design to commercialize its alternative energy product, N-Viro Fuel™. It  is traded on the OTC market under the stock symbol NVIC.

Outside director. Was the driving force in transitioning the CEO founder to a CTO role that better aligned him with his skills.

Maumee Valley Country Day School

Maumee Valley Country Day School is the preeminent K-12 independent private school in the NW Ohio/SE Michigan area. Through carefully crafted experiences and an intentional culture of inclusion, exploration and passion, the school launches each student toward discovery of the world and their place in it.

Trustee. Chairman of the Building and Grounds Committee during a $9M major capital expansion. Jumped in to serve as Project Liaison between the Construction Manager, Architect, and Board when major cost over-runs materialized.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Toledo, its board, and staff, strive to enable young people, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens; especially those who need it most.

Trustee. VP & Chair of the Program Committee responsible for foundation strategy work that set the trajectory for a nationally-recognized after-school program; a skillfully-executed emergent collaboration with the Toledo Public School System.
